Hi tweets,
All my worries are over. We have at least 2 females and one beautiful male Rufous hummingbird feeding in our yard regularly. I also noticed that one of the females has been feeding on the blooming Red-flowering currant. I think they may nest here again this year. The yard is surrounded with salmon berry in bloom right now. I hear that the Swainson's Thrush also like the salmon berries. They should have berries by the time they arrive in late May.
