Howdy -

I'm not arguing that point but I think there was an argument put forward
that Russian Olive habitats may be just as "good" as the native habitats
they replaced. These studies would suggest otherwise.

Of course there is more to this question than meets the eye. Just because
certain bird species are dependent on an altered habitat is not necessarily
a justification for maintaining that habitat.
