Greetings all,

I was pleased to get the opportunity to show Roger Orness around my favorite little "urban" habitat, the Hundred Acre Woods in NE Lakewood, Pierce Co. He managed to spot a pair of American Goldfinch, our first of the season at the site and we were surprised to see lingering Pintails and Wigeons. Several Virginia Rails were also heard calling. We spent a pleasant two hours at the sight and came away with about 40 species.
