Don and Tweeters,

I know that the header of your message was supposed to be
"birds eating flowers", not "bird eating flowers". Nevertheless, it gave me
a bit of a start.

Just what kind of flowers were those bird-eating flowers? Please
let us know so we can all avoid them.

What kind of birds were they eating? Sparrows? Great Blue Herons?
If it was the latter, we birders had better watch out. Might lose an arm
or a leg, at least!! :-) :-)
