I agree. I usually have many many House Finches and have had very few. We
have had many goldfinches (who have stopped coming now) but no Siskins and
few House Finches. I notice we have had fewer House Sparrows too.

Has anyone noticed a lack of house finches? As well as no Siskins, I have
not had any house finches since midwinter here in Duvall. Plenty of Redwing
Blackbirds! They seem to have replaced the finches. Some Goldfinches came
through but did not stay even though we have a feeder full of niger seed.
