Hello All,
This morning MerryLynn and I birded upper Biscuit Ridge Rd. in eastern Walla
Walla County. We heard and saw the following species...........

Orange-crowned Warbler.....15+ birds
Townsends Warbler...............1 bird
Cassin's Vireo.........................2 birds
Chipping Sparrows..................18+ birds
Yellow Warbler........................3 birds

We also stopped at Tom Lambs (the Hummingbird stop) and observed
Calliope Hummers....................5 birds
Rufous Hummers......................2 birds
Black-chinned Hummer....we did not see any, but Tom told us they arrived
this last Thursday.

Then this evening Ginger Shoemake called with a report of an adult male
LESSER GOLDFINCH at their seed feeders. This is only the third Walla Walla
County record.
Thats it.
Later Mike
