Oh - one thing I did want to call out is that I have reorganized the Marymoor Park plant list to make it more comprehensible. It is now broken into sections which match those in the book "Wild Plants of Greater Seattle", by Arthur Lee Jacobsen.

The plants are now categorized into sections such as "Deciduous Trees" and "Broadleaf Evergreen Shrubs", making the list much easier to use.

Within each category, the plants remain in alphabetical order by latin name.

I have found that learning the trees and plants is very useful in my study of the birds of Marymoor. And, of course, park visitors who walk the Nature Trail may well be interested in the flora along the route.

To all Friends of Marymoor Park

I have moved the FOMP website to a new host with a new address - www.marymoor.org. I also took the time to make a few updates to the site, though nothing dramatic.

Please check it out.
