Subject: [Tweeters] Color-banded Caspian Terns at Pier 91 today

I don't know for sure but I suspect that the color-banded terns were
probably banded on East Sand Island in the lower Columbia River. I don't
think there has been any banding at Bremerton. The color bands should
definitely be reported via the Bird Banding Lab. It's easy to do via the
web. I've done it several times and even got some feedback ... once. I
reported a neck-collared Dusky Canada Goose at McChord Air Force Base and
was disappointed that I never heard anything about where it had been banded.
