Tweeters,

As of this morning, August 12, we have had no further reports of
the probable GARGANEY at the Iona Island sewage ponds near
Vancouver, BC.

However, yesterday evening, August 11, Ilya Povalyaev and George
Clulow reported an almost-certain RED-NECKED STINT, in faded
breeding plumage, from the north side of Boundary Bay in Delta.
The bird was seen at two different spots between the foot of 104th
and 112th Streets from 7:30 to 8:30 PM. Both observers felt about
90% certain that this was a RED-NECKED STINT, but could not
completely eliminate the possibility of LITTLE STINT.

I don't have time to update the Vancouver RBA right now, but plan to do
so this evening or tomorrow.
