An adult Horned Puffin was observed feeding along the North Beach of
Discovery Park from 7:30am to 9:45am on Saturday August 12th by members
of the Puget Sound Bird Observatory, park staff and other volunteers.

and the bird was identified by Scott Hoskin

The puffin was last observed flying rapidly north along Puget Sound
till it was out of scope range.
