Hi Mariam. This bird is a dowitcher, and my best guess is a long-billed. I think there's enough detail in the photo for an expert to determine which of the two dowitchers it is. Thanks.

1st - this bird has yellowish green legs and bill. None of the Godwits or Curlews I've looked at (even juvies, so far) for North America have yellowish legs!!
2nd - black & white barred tail. The only Godwit I see w/ black & white barring on the tail (so far) is the Bar-tailed. It's HIGHLY unlikely to be here, plus it has dark legs & a nearly all dark bill.
3rd - the lack of multi-colored patterning in the wing & covert feathers.
