Hi Marc and Tweets,

Rough-skinned newts are actually quite common in and near the Newman Ponds
near Freeland, Whidbey Island. I like to believe I am banking some type of
karma when I stop to carry them to the other side of Newman Road in their
spring and fall migrations.

Has anyone found rough-skinned newts in the Seattle vicinity? Or anywhere in
Western Washington, for that matter?
