at the montlake union bay natural area fill on wednesday, it was pretty
quiet... one adult bald eagle, a northern shoveler female, four least
sandpipers, and the highlight of the day for me, a lesser yellowlegs that
probed the mud of shoveler pond about 10-15 feet in front of my position for
about 5 minutes...

the park gallery "photos of the month" pages have been updated... 57
photos, of which 22 are as recent as the 12th of august... i hope you enjoy
