You can open a free account at a place like
http://www.photobucket.com/ and put your pictures there and then
provide a link in your message.

Some people can't or do not wish to receive email in HTML. You should
specify that messages sent to this mailing list be PLAIN TEXT only.

As a general rule you should only send email in PLAIN TEXT unless you
know that the person at the other end can read email in HTML format.
