Greetings,

A little before 7PM I had an adult Tufted Puffin from West Point at
Discovery Park. I was looking south when it was flushed by one of the many
boats and I watched it fly NW for a little over a minute until it
disappeared in the glare from the setting sun. It was still in alternate
plumage and the white face really stood out. The primaries were very worn
and had faded to brown, contrasting with the black wing-coverts. Despite
the state of the primaries, the bird had not begun to molt its flight
feathers.

Also at West Point:
1 Rhino Auklet
2 Semiplamated Plovers
20-30 Caspian Terns, all adults, and all moving north right along the shore.
15-20 Mew Gulls- their numbers are starting to build
Good numbers of California Gulls, including a few fresh juveniles.

Otherwise quite slow. No jaegers, no small terns.
