At the end of this message it states that there is evidence this is the same bird that was in the Puget Sound area a few weeks ago. I presume that is refering to the bird seen over Samish Island found by Ryan Merril and seen also by Thais and me. If so, that seems quite unlikely since the Oregan bird was an adult and the Samish Island bird was an imature bird.
