We have enjoyed two visits by Townsend's Warbler to our suet feeder today
despite occasionally heavy rains. Gorgeous bird - it's always great to get a
flash of something other than black, white, gray, and brown. OK, I shouldn't
forget the pink/red of house finch, red/orange of Northern Flicker, and
electric blue of Stellar's Jay - all of which are regular visitors. But otherwise
color is at a bit of a premium within the yard recently.
