At 1:00 p.m. on Sat. 12/16, I spotted the palm warbler foraging on the ground around small bushes just a few yards north of the restrooms, in the Renton park along the Cedar River at its mouth. The bird flew to the tall trees along the river, did some flycatching from there for a few minutes, and then returned to trees and bushes around the restrooms. After I left to tell others searching further north in the park, 4 of us returned to the area, and the bird was soon relocated along the Boeing fence across from the restrooms. It was still in that area, being observed by other birders, when I left at 1:30.

Thanks to all who had previously reported on this nice bird. It was a lifer for me.
