I spent a couple of hours at Point-No-Point today, without any luck with
the Long-billed Murrelet. It's interesting how searching for a rarity
opens your eyes to the commoner species, so I learned a lot about basic
plumage for Marbled Murrelet, Ancient Murrelet, Common Murre, etc., but
I dipped on the target LBMU.
