Well. I'm hardly an expert, but looking at your excellent photo and w/o looking at a field guide too carefully, I'd say your bird is an Orange-crowned Warbler for sure! Since they are known to be a hardy species for over-wintering, due to erxtra down feathering, it's not surprising.

I wonder if a "soft-bill' such as your warbler might find raisins a tasty treat. Although expensive, raisins might be a lure at the window feeder, etc.
