Greetings,

I got luck and blundered into the bird today at 12:15 and it was still in
the location I found it at when I left at 1:00 PM. The bird flew into the
field I was scanning which was directly east across Rt 9 from where Steve
found the bird yesterday. At the intersection on Rt 9 where Marsh Rd goes
west, Airport Rd turns east and then immediately splits. Follow the section
of the that goes south and after some twist and turns this road parallels Rt
9 with farm fields on either side. There are swans all along this road and
far less traffic than on Rt 9. You can also find this location by turning
east on Broadway, the first intersection south on Rt 9 after the Marsh Road
intersection, the taking the first left and following this rd down to the
base of the hill.
