Subject: [Tweeters] Strategizing about tidal rips at Point-No Point

When visiting Point-No-Point to coordinate with tidal rips, what timing
during the tidal cycle maximizes the opportunity to see birds feeding there?
For example . . . low tide at Hansville tomorrow is 6:26AM . . . high tide
is 12:03PM. Is there a time during the incoming tide that should be best,
or is it better during the outgoing tide . . . the next low tide being at
7:39PM?
Thanks in advance for shards of maritime wisdom.
(of course, a pirate would say, "ShARRRRRRRRds".)
