Hello Tweets,

The adult GLAUCOUS GULL was again present today in the large, partially flooded gravel field just north of the 212th Street/59th Place intersection in Kent. The bird was observed with fewer gulls today than previous days, but made a nice showing for a few birders,as it foraged around the field. We placed some additional photos of the bird onto our gull gallery on our website for further viewing, which can be accessed at the following link: http://www.pbase.com/godwit/gull_photos/ . These latest photos include 5 photos taken in flight.

In addition we have added several quality photos of the gull taken by Marv Breece, which we have placed on our website. His photos of the bird can be viewed at the following link:
http://www.pbase.com/godwit/marvs_photos/ . Among these photos taken by Marv is a close head photo that reveals the orbital ring! Great photos,Marv!

We hope you enjoy all our latest photos!

Good birding,
