This morning I birded the Kent Valley. I dipped on both the white-winged gull and the Tufted Duck. At 204th, the location from which the Tufted Duck has been seen of late, the "frosty-looking" MARSH WREN made an appearance. This bird has white feathers on the head, flanks, and scattered over the body.

The partial albino RED-TAILED HAWK was perched on a street light on 200th, west of the Boeing Ponds on 59th.

Perched on the yellow Caterpiller across from the Boeing tennis courts was the SAY'S PHOEBE.

On M Street west of Emerald Downs, I saw a female AMERICAN KESTREL, and a RED-TAILED HAWK with a long, deformed bill.
