Yesterday, Tuesday 2/7, there was a snowy owl at the end of what I call the spur
dike, the section of dike that ends near the mouth of the south fork of the
Skagit. There were also a pair of bald eagles sitting on a snag out in the
water.
Lots of other good birds too.
