My apologies to compilers for getting the dates off by one day on the
species I reported last night. Here are the corrected dates:

Northern Fulmar - 5 Feb
Lesser Yellowlegs - 6 Feb
Marbled Murrelet - 6 Feb
Ancient Murrelet - 7 Feb (Pt. Wilson), 5 Feb (Rosario Strait)
Snowy Owl - 7 Feb
Harbor Porpoise - 7 Feb

We spent quite a while at Semiahmoo Spit on 4 February and didn't see
the great numbers of Pacific Loons reported by Joe Meche. I have seen
such concentrations there before, but for some of these seabird
species, it really matters exactly when you are there. We did see
hundreds of Red-throated Loons flying in and out of Deception Pass on
6 Feb and hundreds of Pacific Loons in Kilisut Harbor on 8 February.
