It is that time of year and spring migration is in full swing. Today at the Para and McCain's Ponds the northern pintail count was 918. There were 2260 Canada geese in the area and 8 tundra swans, 18 canvasback. All else seemed normal.

I did see 10 tricolored blackbirds at McCain's in a large mixed forging flock of "black" birds
