Subject: [Tweeters] wanted - dead Barred Owl

If anyone runs across a dead Barred Owl that is not yet stinky that we can
get taxidermied or has one already mounted that they might donate to Camp
Long nature center it would be a nice addition to our owl and raptor
programs. Now that most of the owls we see and hear on our owl walks and on
our school raptor programs are Barred Owls it would be nice to have a
mounted one can use for our programs. If you have an owl to donate contact
me or contact Camp Long at 206 684-7434 - 5200 35th Av SW (at Dawson) in
West Seattle and tell the receptionist that I requested the owl. We do have
a permit to have stuffed owls and owl parts. We may soon have a longer wish
list for animals we'd like to get to be taxidermied, but need to limit the
list due to budget for taxidermy and storage and display space.
