On 13 Feb Doug Schonewald reports a MEW GULL on Moses Lake in Grant Co WA.
WA DeLorme 69 C-6.

Mike and MerryLynn Denny report an adult MEW GULL on the Walla Walla River
delta in western Walla Walla Co WA on 12 Feb, along with a male EURASIAN
WIGEON. Just north on the "poop piles" was a second year GLAUCOUS GULL. The
delta can be accessed 0.1 mile north of Madame Dorian Park. There's a
pull-out along US 12 at milepost 306.9 and a path to the delta. The poop
piles are about 4 miles north of the jct of US 12 and US 730 along US 12.
There's a nice pull-out at US 12 milepost 303. WA DeLorme 40, D-1.

A female, winter-plumaged LONG-TAILED DUCK was spotted on the La Grande OR,
waste water treatment facility on 14 Feb by Trent Bray. The facility can be
accessed via OR 203. Please remember to check in at the facility, and do not
enter on unstaffed weekends or before or after hours without approval.
Three BLUE JAYS are persisting near Underhill Park in Spokane, WA. Gina
Sheridan reports seeing them on 13 Feb. Look for them around 7th Avenue
between Stone and Smith streets (at the bottom of the South Hill).

Scott Ray reports a BURROWING OWL near WA 24 mile marker 32, 32 miles east
of Yakima, Yakima Co WA and about 2 miles east of the WA 241 junction. WA
DeLorme 52, D-1.

On 10 Feb Gina Sheridan reports one from Grant Co WA, 0.5 mile NE of the jct
of Road W and road 48 NE. WA DeLorme 86, B, near the left margin (and the
county line).

On 12 Feb Austin reports a bird along the Sunset Hwy just west of Mondovi
Road in Lincoln Co WA. WA DeLorme 87, C-8.

On 15 Feb Dan Allen and Theresa Mathis found a bird on Bluestem Road 2.5
miles W of Bluestem in Lincoln Co WA. WA DeLorme 87, D-8

And, on 16 Feb, Austin spotted a bird along US 2 about 0.5 mile east of
Davenport, Lincoln Co WA. WA DeLorme 87, C-7.
