Tweets,
Went up to Independence today looking for the
Red-shouldered hawk, and was sucessful! It was near
the usual spot, but up next to Bachman road.
Also had an Am. Kestral just into Lewis county.

Brady Loop road highlights - Lots of Cackling Geese, 3
Wilson's Snipe, about 20 BB Plover, and a few Dunlin.
LOTS of Kestrals! And 2 American Pipit.

F&W area South on Schouweiler Rd - about 6
Violet-green Swallows and a Barn Swallow! The rest of
the swallow group (at least 12) I could not ID.

Keys Road - 7 Trumpeter swans, about 3-400 Cackling
and Canada Geese, and ONE Snow Goose.

Corner of Wenzel Slough road and Twin Oak Lane - A
Short-eared Owl on top of a tree in someone's front
yard ;)

It was a fun, if overcast and chilly day!
Guy
