So I have a question.

Is it illegal to raise fighting chickens? It wasn't a few years ago when I
was working at a local vet and we gave them a vaccine to be shipped to
Hawaii. Pierce county is full of fighting chickens as is alot of Oregon. If
it is illegal to raise them how come so many folks do?

thanks in advance!
