There are some measures in place to "track" the movement of bird flu. I
have heard from a few banders that they will be taking cloaca (spelling?)
swabs this next season and sending them to the appropriate officials to see
if migratory birds are carrying the disease. I believe FRG is going to be
doing this in the Fall at Chelan Ridge?
