Hi Tweets,

Today I observed and photographed a ringed California Gull. The bird had a
light green over orange plastic band on the left leg, a dark green plastic
and a metal band on the right leg. Does anyone out there know who might be
banding Cal Gulls, or gulls in general? Id' like to find out where and when
this bird was ringed.
