Saturday morning I was in Vancouver, B.C. visiting some friends and we
were enjoying the view out across English Bay on the pathway leading
into Stanley Park when a group/flock of about 27 Great Blue Herons all
rose up into the air at once, circled, and climbed upward then flew
over the City toward the mountains. Does anyone out there know if
there is a Heron rookery in the Stanley Park area?
