I did not notice it anyone has yet mentioned the nesting boxes at the pier at Luhr Beach near Nisqually. Last spring they were hopping with Martins. Also, I spotted Martins at the Hundred Acre Woods (Flett Creek) in Lakewood, Pierce County during July and August of last year. I have no evidence of nesting, but there were several birds (12 to 15) present.
