Saturday, I saw two Snowy Owls. One was 1/2 Mi. SW of the intersection of Morrison Rd. and Jannett Rd. about 2 pm. It was very white in front and heavy barring on the wings. The second one I found at 3 pm on Waukon Rd. approx 2 mi south of HGY 2 on the west side of the road on top of a mound. The mound is about 3/4 mi north of Wagner Farm Rd. This owl was heavily marked on the back.
