I had a great day with my parents hiking out to the lighthouse at the end of
Dungeness Spit. There was only a few minutes of rain the whole time we were
there. I ended up with 59 species of birds including the following
highlights:

Eurasian Wigeon - 1F
Harlequin Duck - 6: 2M,4F
Peregrine Falcon - 1
Black Turnstone - 3
Red Phalarope - 1
Ancient Murrelet - 2
Snowy Owl - 6
Hutton's Vireo - 1
Snow Bunting - 2

There were also 4 Harbor Seals, 3 Harbor Porpoises and 6 Blacktail Deer. I
was somewhat surprised to find no dead birds, especially after as many as
there were the other day in Ocean Shores, however there was a dead dogfish
and sea lion.
