Subject: [Tweeters] Western Scrub Jay In Seattle (Magnolia)

A few minutes ago my daughter and I saw an adult Western Scrub Jay (the
Pacific variety according to Sibley). It is sitting in some leafless
alders on Magnolia Blvd. W. just across from the house at 2580 Magnolia
Blvd. W. This is a "pocket" park immediately south of where Perkins
Lane drops down from the Boulevard (the southernmost access to Perkins
Lane, not the one further north by Discovery Park). It is about a mile
south of Discovery Park.

I got several photos, and will have to see if any of them turned out.

Happy birding. -- Rod
