Me and a friend are planning a trip up to the Skagit Valley (Fir Island, Samish Island, Padilla Bay) on Saturday to see all the waterfowl and whatever else we can see. She would like to see a Snowy Owl, having missed the Discovery Park bird (hey, she's a grad student, she didn't have time). Can anyone tell me where Snowys have been seen in the past few days, preferably with binoculars? I'd sure appreciate it! Any other good stuff I should specifically look for while up there would be great too. Been a couple years since I hit the hot spots, so..
