I was driving home on Waukon rd. south of Hwy. 2 about 11 pm. last night. A large owl flew through the upper part of the headlight beam. The size was a Barn Owl or Snowy, but I could not see any features. The interesting thing to me was that it was raining heavily and I was not expecting to see anything hunting in that weather.
