Subject: [Tweeters] Snow Bunting still at Pt. Robinson

The Snow Bunting seen in early December was found again at Pt. Robinson on one of the Vashon-Maury Island field trips. Joy Nelsen saw it running around in the sand like a sandpiper and thought it was a shorebird at first until she got her binoculars on it. It appears to be remaining in the sand, beach logs or grass right at the actual point, just to the north of the lighthouse buildings.
