I thought it was cool that a Snowy Owl got to South Calif, or well almost!

hi all,
Here are photos I took of the Solano County Snowy Owl today:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/billwalker/sets/72057594048508750/
We observed it from around 9:30 to 10:30am this morning along with
many others, roughly 0.3 miles south of King Road on the east side of
Liberty Island Road. It was hanging around on a low wooden fence
enclosing a building and some trailers.
Many thanks to Jim Holmes for excellent directions, and to everybody
else who helped us find Mountain Plovers.
Happy Birding,
Bill
