I own Nikon's Digiscope 7.1 setup, which includes Nikon's 82 mm ED fieldscope, a special 30x digiscoping eyepiece, a camera adapter with shutter release and the Nikon CoolPix 7900 ED camera, which has 7 megapixels. It's a great setup, but a bit of a learning curve. Here's one of the pictures (a Pied-billed Grebe) that I took on my first outing with it:

It comes with a water repellant cover and a carrying strap. I have taken it on many hikes, with a tripod, and find it easy to carry and quick to setup.
