Hi Tweeters,

Oh boy, I can't resist crow stories! My favorite
handy bird to observe behavior in. Two stories. 2
crows mostly just one herded the wigeon on the lawn at
work. This is on crowfoot mind you, no flying
involved. One of the wigeon which finally flew off
made a pass at the crow. Amazing.

Bored crows preroost. Geese at the fill. Let the
goose harassment begin. Some tail pulling, then lets
see if the goose will let the crow land on it's back.
No way not after the tail pulling part.

My boss saw her first dipper this last summer and
described it's underwater behavior perfectly. Their
singing is fun to hear, they really belt it out. I
like the scuba bird description.
