Okay, I'll tell one--not cute or funny, but typical of crows. A few years ago, I was driving out of the Evergreen campus when I saw a crow flying ahead of my car and being chased by several loudly protesting robins. I pretty well knew what was going on before I could see much. The crow dropped a large object, then flew down and picked it up again, and carried it to a limb of a tall tree. It was, of course, a nestling robin. I stopped to watch; there's a term, which I can't recall right now, for the human fascination with watching horrible or frightening things. So even though my stomach was turning a little, I watched the crow start to peck away at the soft body and eat its little insides. Not pleasant, but a practical ecology lesson.
