Announcement:
The Rocky Point Bird Observatory Society is pleased to be holding a bird
banding workshop in Victoria, British Columbia on April 7-9, 2006. This
course will focus on the identification, ageing and sexing of passerines for
monitoring and research. Peter Pyle, author of the "Identification Guide to
North American Birds" will be the primary course instructor, assisted by
Rocky Point Bird Observatory volunteers. The cost is $350 CDN, with a $50
reduction for students.

Our previous workshops have filled up quickly, so if you are interested,
