Well this is almost W.Washington, just 12 miles north of the border is the
turnoff to Boundary Bay in BC. (Thanks Alice for the directions.)

We were there today - walked along the dike eastbound and saw 13 snowy owls,
1 peregrine falcon, many northern harriers, 30+ great blue herons all in a
row, and several dozen bald eagles. .... oh and a coyote too.

When we headed in the opposite direction, 2 more snowy owls, 5 short eared
owls, more harriers, herons and eagles.

Hundreds of shorebirds and waterfowl too, but too far away to identify. What
an amazing place.

Subject: [Tweeters] Snowy Owl Locations in W. WA

I am planning on going birding tomorrow, in particular
looking for Snowy Owls. Has anyone seen Snowy's in
Snohomish or the Skagit since Joseph Higbee and
Charlie Wright reported them at Port Susan. Where
they seen that day at the end of Boe Rd?

If anyone else has seen them anywhere in WWA, can you
drop me a line or answer to Tweets, where. Thanks,
