I received a mail solicitation (I'm on someone's mailing list!) from Ohio
Distinctive Software, 4 CD-ROMs for $15: Peterson Multimedia Guide for NA
(~1000 species), NA Bird Reference Guide (900+ species), Webster's Birds of
the World, and Birds of the World. I have never delved into the world of
birding software but figure I can't go wrong for the price. Any suggestions
or warnings? Please reply off-line.
