We have had nothing but greatness from Nikon. My dad's twenty year old
scope started fogging up one day and so he sent it to them. They sent us a
brand new EDIII. Then, a couple of months later, the scope fell over and
the eyepiece threads got all out of wack. Again, we sent the scope back and
recieved another brand new scope for free or minimal costs.
