We saw two snowy owls at Big Ditch today. They were fairly close in, so good
views through binoculars and scope.

There were 7-10 bald eagles, as well as a number of Northern harriers.
Trumpeter swans were in the fields nearby.

On the way up, we drove down Boe Road where there were hundreds (maybe
thousands) of snow geese. Also, dunlins and black bellied plovers in the
fields near the Nature Conservancy at Port Susan.

And, no rain!
